You don't need a $30 bamboo organizer for your spoons. This $10 plastic tray holds my entire flatware set with room to spare. The 5 compartments are deep enough that large serving spoons don't tip over. The black color hides any stains or scratches. The plastic is thick – I bent it slightly testing flexibility and it didn't crack. If you're looking for a basic utensil organizer, just buy this and move on with your life.

Let me start by saying the build quality is excellent – thick PP plastic, smooth edges, no sharp molding leftovers. The 9.1" x 12.6" dimensions are accurate. My issue is the 5 slots are fixed in place. My flatware set has odd-sized pieces (very wide serving spoons, extra-long steak knives) that don't fit well in the predetermined slots. If Norcho makes a version with removable dividers, I'd buy that one too. For standard flatware sets, this is fine.
