We used this for a weekend camping trip as a privacy shelter for our portable camping toilet. The 82.7" height was perfect – no stooping. The dual zippers allowed ventilation while maintaining privacy. The rain canopy kept everything dry during a morning drizzle. The pop-up design meant I could set it up alone in under a minute. The storage bag is compact. This tent is incredibly versatile beyond just beach use.
The tent itself is fantastic – easy to set up, tall enough for adults, good sun protection. My only complaint is the detachable floor pad is on the small side. It covers the center of the floor but sand still gets in around the edges. I bring a separate beach mat to put inside. For changing clothes, it's fine. For showering, I'd want more floor coverage. Still a great tent, just expect some sand inside on the beach.
I was worried the tent would blow away at the beach but the 4 ground pegs held it securely in about 12 mph winds. The zinc-coated steel frame is solid. The 25.6" collapsed size fits in my trunk easily. The rain canopy is a thoughtful addition – provided extra shade and protected from a brief drizzle. The drying cord inside was useful for hanging a damp swimsuit. Very well designed for beach use.

The 98% UV blockage is a bonus – clients stay cool and protected while getting ready. The pop-up and collapse is quick between locations. The dual zippers allow for easy access and ventilation. The rain canopy on top provided shade on a sunny day. The detachable floor pad kept our feet off the sand. The 4.74 lb weight is manageable. Folds down flat into the storage bag.
